A delightful and complex Chardonnay, striking the perfect balance between richness and crispness
The wine was barrel fermented in 75% French Burgundian oak barrels and 25% stainless steel barrels and aged on the lees for just less than 11 months. This is a Chardonnay with attractive honeyed tropicial fruit and toasty oak. These flavors are beautifully balanced with copious amounts of tangy tart apple and lemon giving the wine a refreshing yet lengthy finish.
