You agree that Whitehall Lane Winery, in its sole discretion and without notice, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or access to or use of the Site or any portion thereof, and remove and discard any content within the Site, at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Whitehall Lane Winery believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms of Use. Whitehall Lane Winery reserves the right to prohibit or restrict access to the Site to anyone at any time, with or without cause. Whitehall Lane Winery may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Site, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, without notice, at any time, for any reason. You agree that Whitehall Lane Winery shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site or for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Site.

WINE CLUB TERMS & POLICIES

By enrolling, I agree to accept at least two shipments. If I choose to cancel my membership prior to the second shipment, an administrative fee of $50 will be charged to my account. I certify that I am 21 years of age or older and that the recipient of the wines is at least 21 years of age. I authorize Whitehall Lane Winery to charge my credit card prior to each shipment. I understand that my membership benefits will begin immediately. I agree to notify the winery of any changes in my billing or shipping information prior to each shipment date. I agree to notify the winery in writing or via email of my membership cancellation or changes to my shipment at least two weeks prior to the next shipment date. Otherwise, I agree to accept and pay for the next shipment. I understand that taxes will be applied as required by local and state laws. By signing the signature line in the New Member Information section, I am agreeing to all forgoing terms and conditions of the wine club.

WINE CLUB SHIPPING INFORMATION

We recommend a business address for shipping — a person 21 or over must be present to sign for the package. Prices are subject to change. Offerings listed herein are subject to availability. Discounts and/or special pricing cannot be combined with other offers. Members are responsible for all shipping or service fees, including shipments that are refused, returned or redirected. Any orders that require reshipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Will Call orders are held for 45 days after they are released. If after 45 days you are unable to pick up your shipment, we will notify you of your pending order. A shipping charge will be applied to the credit card on file and your order will be shipped to the address on file.
