2015 was a phenomenal growing season for Chardonnay grapes in the Carneros District. This Chardonnay has attractive aromas of golden delicious apples, cinnamon, lime, nutmeg, cream soda, sultanas, and a perception of chalky limestone minerality. It is rich and softly textured with a very long, creamy finish. Its palate provides a full-bodied wine with apricots, vanilla, lemon curd, and toasted brioche with a hint of almonds. Enjoyable now and through 2019 with proper cellaring.
